Please ask your referring doctor, the neurologist, neurosurgeon, psychiatrist or PCP you see for your medical care, each to fax copies of recent consult or treatment progress notes, as well as any MRI/EEG/sleep study or other neurological test reports, directly to Dr. Schneiders for review.
If you have ever had a neuropsychological examination, evaluation or testing in the past, it is extremely important that Dr. Schneiders knows about that and has a copy of your prior report before you meet the first time.
Review of these records will ensure that Dr. Schneiders is the right doctor to assist you with your particular concerns, and also help him know how much time to schedule for your visit(s).

NEW PRACTICE CONTACT INFORMATION: As of March 3, 2026, our office phone will be on and available for patient and other professional calls only from Mondays to Thursdays. Rhea and I -- we're a very small non-corporate-run practice -- are simply swamped with Insurance verification and other administrative business calls these days and need to be able to manage the people-part of our work more effectively by separating those two activities this way. We're very sorry not to be available by phone Fridays through Sundays, but appreciate your understanding. It's a 'new world' of insurer requirements (and nonsense, we know), and we want to be able to concentrate our 'people' work less fettered during the early part of the week.
Dr. Schneiders' Office/Practice Manager, Rhea will talk with you, check benefits and find out of any pre-appointment insurance paperwork is necessary for your evaluation to be covered.
Rhea, will also ask you a number of important questions about the nature of your problems and your clinical history, to ensure that he is the right doctor to help you best.

Practice/Office Manager
Rhea manages Dr. Schneiders' clinical practice, and will assist you in making appointments and with insurance authorizations and other patient-oriented issues. (She also may call you with initial referral questions, as well as with a reminder about your upcoming appointment.) Rhea is a Licensed Practical Nurse, has more than 25-years-experience in the medical field, and is a devoted animal rescue ‘foster parent.' She is warm, caring, expert and committed to making your experience with our office as pleasant and successful as possible.
ABC Medical Billing is now the new practice Billing Service who will be submitting and managing your claims.
